My name is Rachel Rosenblatt. I am 18 and I live in Manhattan, New York. I have always loved to bake, but it really became a passion of mine when I turned 13. From fondant cakes to modeling chocolate flowers, I have come a long way from cake box mixes. Everything I make is homemade. When kids my age go to parties on the weekends, I prefer to bake. Every Saturday night for the past 3 years I have been baking. I've made money selling my desserts to friends and family. Now I want my passion to become a business so that I can sell my desserts to people other than my friends and family.
